The Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship 2022, inaugurated in 2008, provides opportunities for qualified individuals from outside the United States to study dispute resolution processes and practices in the U.S. to assist them in their efforts to advance the resolution of disputes in their home countries.
Eligibility for the Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship 2022 :
- Applicants of Weinstein JAMS International Fellowship must be fluent in English.
- US citizens cannot apply for this fellowship program.
- Duration of the fellowship is one month to four months.
- Proposals that help establish feasible dispute resolution systems are given preference.
- Applicants with experience as lawyers, government officers, court administrators, judges, ADR practitioners or law professors are favoured.
