Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships 2022

Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships is a programme of international scholarships offered by the Scottish Government in collaboration with Scottish universities. The University of Stirling has initiated Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships which is offered for postgraduate Masters courses in science, technology, creative, healthcare and energy.

Eligibility criteria for Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships, 2022:

• Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships 2021 is open to citizens of Canada, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Pakistan, USA.
• All the program-specific requirements must be met.
• Applicants must have a conditional or unconditional offer of a place at a Scottish university on an eligible postgraduate Masters level course.
• Applicants must demonstrate academic achievements.

Eligible courses-

• Science
• Technology
• Healthcare and medical sciences
• Renewable and clean energy
• Creative industries as mentioned below

This includes a wide range of subjects across all of Scotland’s universities and higher education institutions. For example, the creative industries sector would include subjects such as: 

1. Communications
2. Broadcasting
3. Film
4. Animation
5. Journalism
6. Publishing

Value of Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships, 2022:

The successful applicants of Scotland’s Saltire Scholarships 2022 will receive an amount of £8000 towards the tuition fees.
