The main purpose of the Robert Chapman Postgraduate Prize 2022 is to reward students undertaking a Masters or PhD in Politics and International Relations.
Eligibility for Robert Chapman Postgraduate Prize 2022:
- The Robert Chapman Postgraduate Prize 2022 will be awarded for the best piece of Masters or PhD research in the field of New Zealand politics.
- As a minimum standard, the student must have achieved an A- grade.
Value of Robert Chapman Postgraduate Prize 2022:
- The value of the Robert Chapman Postgraduate Prize 2022 will be NZD 1,600.
The Prize will be awarded by the University of Auckland Council upon the recommendation of a Selection Committee comprising the Dean of the Faculty of Arts (or nominee), the Deputy Head (Academic) of the School of Social Sciences (or nominee) and the Discipline Convenor of Politics and International Relations. The Prize will not be awarded in a particular year if there is no candidate of sufficient merit.
