Post-Matric Scholarships for Students with Disabilities 2022

Post-Matric Scholarships for Students with Disabilities 2022 is offered by the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India. As education plays a vital role in everyone's life, it also plays a vital role in the Socio-Economic empowerment of persons with disabilities.

Eligibility for the Post-Matric Scholarships for Students with Disabilities 2022 :

• Students should be disabled to be eligible for this scholarship.
• Students will only be eligible for the scholarship when their disability comes under the Disability in PwD Act, 1995 and Disability in RPwD Act, 2016.
• The scholarships are open to Indian nationals only.
• Scholarships are applicable to students with disabilities with 40% and above and a valid disability certificate.
• No more than two children with disabilities of the same parent will be entitled to receive the benefits of the scheme.
• Scholarship for studying in any class will be available only for one year.

Value of the Post-Matric Scholarships for Students with Disabilities 2022 :

 Maintenance allowance + Book grant + Disability allowance.
