Eligibility for OAS Academic Scholarships, 2022:
- Applicants must be a citizen or permanent residents of an OAS Member State.
- Must be fluent and capable in the language of the institution in the country of study.
- Have obtained a first university degree by the time of applying for the Scholarship.
- Have a GPA above the minimum standard required by the university.
- Be in good physical and mental health to complete the program successfully.

- Copy of the diploma for the highest degree obtained.
- Copies of transcripts of grades for all academic degrees completed and to be completed.
- Two (2) recommendation letters.
- Curriculum Vitae.
- Admission letter to the program of study to begin in August/September 2022.
