NWO Research Talent Grants, 2022

The Netherlands Organization for Scientific Research is offering talent grants to talented and ambitious young researchers to pursue a scientific career and a high-quality Ph.D.

Eligibility for NWO Research Talent Grants, 2022:

• The candidates applying for NWO Research Talent Grants, 2022 should be employed by a Dutch University an NWO or KNAW institute or the MPI for Psycholinguistics.
• The applicants should be employed during the application process and the research for which the funding is requested.
• The candidates should have an average grade of 7,5 or GPA of 3.37 in their bachelor's degree.
• The applicants should have an average grade of 8,0 or GPA of 3.95 in their first year of the master study.
• The candidates who are Ph.D. students are not eligible.

Selection criteria:

• The applicants for NWO Research Talent Grants, 2022 will be assessed based on their pre-proposals, education, extra-curricular activities, motivation, and research idea.
• The candidates will also be evaluated based on their full proposals, potentials contribution of the proposed research methods and setup, and quality of the candidate.
• The assessment procedure is split up into two phases:
  Pre-proposal phase
  Full proposal phase

Value of NWO Research Talent Grants, 2022:

The recipients of NWO Research Talent Grants, 2022 get material costs up to 10,000 euros which include costs for knowledge exchange and impact and data management for four years.
