Luys Scholarship Program, 2017

The Luys Scholarship Program, 2017 is offered to nationals of Armenia.

Eligibility

• The applicants should be nationals of Armenia or of Armenian descent.
• The candidates should be admitted to a degree program for full-time (Bachelor, Master, Ph.D.) at one of the universities recognized by Luys.
• The applicants should be aged between 18 and 40 at the application time.
• The candidates applying for Luys Scholarship Program, 2017 should provide the proof that they are direct descendants of Armenian parents or grandparents.
• The applicants with a conditional offer from the universities are not eligible.
• The candidates should apply for the scholarship after they have applied to the university’s internal student aid office for a scholarship.

Documents required

• The applicants for Luys Scholarship Program, 2017 should submit their unconditional offer from the university, copy of their passport or Armenian ID card, and the copy of the application form given to university scholarship finance office or the letter of response.
• The candidates should also submit a statement of purpose sent to the university, a motivation letter, a biography in English and Armenian, and a headshot.
• The applicants should also submit their GPA score and a birth certificate/parent's passport/Baptism certificate for non-Armenian residents.
