Eligibility:
- must be a resident/national of one of these countries: Burundi, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe
- must have 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- hold a bachelor's level academic qualification
- not already hold a master's degree
