• Undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral students are eligible to apply for the Harbin Engineering University Scholarship, 2022.

• Copy of passport
• Copy of Foreigner Physical Examination 
• Notarized copy of highest diploma
• 2 letters of recommendation in Chinese or English
• Former degree transcripts with translations if they're in languages other than Chinese or English
• A research plan or study in more than 800 words

• Full Scholarship:100% Tuition fee waiver and offer a living allowance.
• 1,400RMB/person/month for an undergraduate student.
• 1,700 RMB/person/month for a master student.

• First Class Scholarship: 100% Tuition fee waiver.
