Be currently in a precarious financial situation ;
Be registered full-time (or be deemed full-time according to Aide financière aux études ) at Université Laval in an eligible program*;
Have already successfully completed 12 credits at Laval University and have paid the tuition fees;
Have a minimum average of 2.00 out of 4.33 at the undergraduate level, and 2.67 out of 4.33 at the graduate level;
Have applied for financial assistance (loans and bursaries) from the government of your Canadian province. This obligation applies to all students with Canadian citizenship, permanent resident or refugee status.
