Babu Banarasi Das Scholarship

Babu Banarasi Das Scholarship offered by the Babu Banarsi Das University for students planning to pursue their undergraduate and postgraduate studies at the university. The value of the scholarship varies according to the type of scholarship.

Research Fellowship: For Full-time Ph.D. Candidate- Rs 15000/- per month in the first and second year and Rs 15000/- per month in the third year of his Ph.D. course.

Scholarship for SC/ST Category: For students whose parent’s/guardian’s annual income is less than Rs. 2.5 lac, are entitled to avail scholarship and tuition – fee refund.

Scholarship for General category (economically weaker section): For students whose parent’s/guardian’s annual income is less than Rs. 2 lac, are entitled to avail scholarship and tuition – fee refund.

Scholarship for OBC and Minority categories: For students whose parent’s/guardian’s annual income is less than Rs. 2 lac are entitled to avail scholarship and tuition-fee refund 

Scholarship for Minority categories (Government of India): For students whose parent’s/guardian’s annual income is less than Rs. 2 lac for Post-Matric Scholarship Scheme and Rs. 2.5 Lac for Merit-cum-Means Scholarship Scheme, are entitled to avail scholarship and tuition-fee refund.
